Lewis joined as CEO of PropertyGuru Group, Asia’s leading property technology company, in March 2025. A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience across Asia and the technology industry, Lewis has held leadership roles at global brands like Apple, TripAdvisor, and Southeast Asia’s unicorns Carousell and PropertyGuru.

With expertise spanning sales, customer service, strategy, and operations, Lewis has scaled businesses from the ground up and transformed start-ups into unicorns and driven efficient, scalable growth in well-established companies across Asia Pacific.

Lewis previously served at PropertyGuru (2014-2019) as Managing Director of Singapore and Chief Business Officer for the Group, driving growth and fostering a customer-centric culture. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer at SEEK Asia, he transformed the region’s leading job marketplace into a best-in-class career platform. He has also served as a board director at Zhaopin, a prominent employment marketplace in China.

Lewis is a regular speaker at events such as EPIC Singapore, Propnex Consumer Empowerment Seminar, Women in Leadership Summit, Web in Travel and Hotel E-Commerce Strategy Seminar. He has also lectured in educational institutes such as INSEAD and the Singapore Hotel and Tourism Education Centre (SHATEC).

He is particularly passionate about using technological innovation to create value for customers, partners and companies to deliver sustainable, long-term growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media from the University of New South Wales.
